GOING TO NEPAL
As we booked our flights to Kathmandu, we connected with our leader in Nepal. She was saying how much it means to the seamstresses when someone from Elegantees visits them. We can't wait to spend time with the sisters!
We'll also be connecting with missionaries, fair trade orgs, and nonprofits on the ground. We know there is a gap we can fill in the fight against human trafficking, so meeting with these people face to face should open doors.
If we receive funds in excess of our trip expenses, we will set them aside in the nonprofit account for our next project which will be this fall.

Since we're not 501(c)3 ready yet, it's not tax deductible to mail a check or to give through this page. Our trip is something the nonprofit can cover, but we're not quite ready yet (Katie has been having too much fun with the interns, and thus procrastinating on filling out the last bit of paperwork!). So if you're wanting to do a tax-deductible donation, wait for us to give you the details.
