MAKE A RETURN

To qualify for a return or size swap:

• It's been 15 days or less from the day you received your package. 
• Items must have the tags on them, and not worn or washed.
• If there are deodorant, makeup, or other marks on your item, please understand that we cannot resell it, so kindly gift or donate it.

To exchange for a totally different design, submit this form to return your item. Then place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

If returning items from multiple orders, combine into one return request to consolidate the shipping package. Fill out the form below, and a real person will email your label soon! 

OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES? 

Send an email to service@elegantees.com with your order number in the subject. We will not be able to send you a return label, but we can put an item on hold for you if exchanging.
