Once you submit your order, you'll immediately receive an email confirmation from us verifying we received your order. Within 1-3 days, you'll receive a second email, verifying your order has shipped, with tracking details. We ship using Priority Mail through the United States Post Office.
There is a 30 day threshold for returns and exchanges from the date your order is received in your hands.
To return for an exchange: Simply fill out this quick form for an exchange confirmation. Sometimes sizes or colors that are on the website right now might be gone by the time we receive your return, so the form guarantees us to put your exchange on hold for you.
To return for a refund: Send the receipt or your order number with your returned item to: Elegantees, PO Box 46, Sherrill, IA 52073. We process refunds quickly, and we will email you to confirm once your credit or debit card, or paypal account has been refunded.
Items must have the tags on them, and cannot be worn or washed. If there is deodorant, makeup, or other stains on your tee, please understand that we cannot resell it.

We will be happy to ship anywhere, but if you're shipping outside of the USA and Canada, please email us for a shipping rate. Most countries require duties and/or taxes to be paid on imports.
